Some encounters leave their mark
When we first looked upon Lake Bolsena, coming from Orvieto, we could feel the irresistible attraction of this splendid scenery. This ‘love at first sight’ has since turned into an imposing estate with our own vineyards.
It is not just the wine representing the delightful Italian way of life at the Villa Caviciana. Our olive groves produce the best oils, pigs roam under open skies in the expansive oak and chestnut forests and herds of sheep graze on the huge meadows. It is our mission to create a happy symbiosis between nature and agriculture on the estate, harmoniously incorporating the architecture of the various buildings.
